Backup
your database frequently to avoid data lost.

You
can use "Compact/Repair database" to compact and
repair your database, and program will auto backup your
database in *.dcb.bak.

Empty
your RECYCLE BIN to reduce the database file size.

Use
FIND ALL to find all match position in database.

Hold
CTRL key when drag&drop to force copy node, or Hold
SHIFT key to force move node (like windows explorer).

You
can drag&drop text and files from other program (such
as EXPLORER, IE, WORDPAD, WORD).

Avoid
directly insert attachments into RTF documents, because it
will waste a lot of disk space. You can insert attachments
into attachments list to reduce the database file size.

Hide
the node tree when you read e-book.

Use
"Monitor Clipboard" or "drop frame" to
collect tips and files.

You
can use Data Collector to store URLs.

Save
your *.ICO, *.CUR files to attachment list, you can see
its content directly.

Use
tools->options to set the default setting to display
the TEXT file.

You
can drag&drop files directly between attachment list
and other program (such as explorer).

The
size of attachments in one node should not exceed 5MB, or
the processing speed will be slow down.

Import
all your e-books to a *.dcb file, it will save disk space,
and easy to read, manage and find your e-books.
