| How about the reliability ? |
| Data Collector uses
the MS ACCESS database, it provides the safest data security,
on the other hand, DC also provides an advanced self-testing capability
to find out nodes index errors, so I have get no data
lost report up to now. |

DC support huge database file? |
| Yes, I have tested a
single database with 100MB file size, in theory, 1GB file size
is also supported by DC. But it's no recommended to make huge
database file which are larger than 100MB due to the performance. |

| When I used it to open
DCDemo.dcb file, it said "Interface not supported". Could you please tell me why? |
| To use Data
Collector, you must have WIN98SE/ME/2K/XP operation system. If you run
DC in win98 first edition or win95 or winnt4.0, you must install the MDAC2.1 or
later which you can find at Microsoft website. Also, you can
install the office97/2k software because it distributes the
DAO3.5/3.6. |

Data Collector use any data compression technology? |
| Yes, to save disk
space, DC has used some data compression technology, all data
will be transparently compressed when saving to database and
be transparently uncompressed when loading from
database. |
